ReadyGlow custom-order terms

Custom printing and expected variation

ReadyGlow uses developing machine-printing technology. The digital preview is a placement guide, not a guarantee of an identical physical result. Printed nails may show reasonable differences in colour saturation, brightness, alignment, sharpness, cropping and fine detail because of nail curvature, base material, printer calibration and finishing.

Choosing suitable artwork

Very intricate artwork, tiny text and small facial details may not reproduce clearly. Use simple, high-contrast images where possible. For portraits, crop and scale the main subject so it fills most of the printable nail area. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the preview before submission.

Payment and order status

Submitting an order saves it as pending payment. Printing begins only after ReadyGlow staff verify PayNow, card or cash payment. Keep your order number and do not submit duplicates; use the order tracker or speak to staff if confirmation is unclear.

Timing and event collection

Typical live-event completion is 30–60 minutes after payment confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed collection time. Equipment, print quality checks and demand can cause delays. The tracker will show when printing starts, an estimated ready time and any delay added by staff.

Customer content

You confirm that you have permission to use submitted images and that they do not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Private uploads are used to fulfil your order and handled under our Privacy Notice.

Problems with an order

Please raise visible defects or material differences with ReadyGlow staff promptly. We will assess the physical set and determine an appropriate remedy where required under Singapore consumer law. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
