How ReadyGlow handles your information
Effective 3 August 2026. This notice explains how ReadyGlow collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you design, order or collect a custom nail set.
What we collect
We collect your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery or collection choice, delivery address when required, order and payment status, and the photos or artwork you upload. We also process basic security data such as IP-derived rate-limit counters and administrative audit records.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and fulfil your order, verify payment, provide order tracking and support, prevent abuse, maintain production records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Uploaded artwork is used only to produce and support your requested set unless you separately agree to publication.
Who processes it
ReadyGlow uses service providers for hosting and operations, including Netlify, Supabase, Google Drive and the selected payment provider. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and may operate outside Singapore with contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and security
Customer uploads and generated production files are retained only for the configured production and support period, then deleted from active storage. Transaction and audit records may be retained longer where required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised staff and private files are not published.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion when ReadyGlow no longer has a legal or operational reason to retain it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent an unfinished custom order from being fulfilled.
